These buildings fill the width of the site to create a "street wall", screening the parking and loading areas from the street.
The banquet hall event space can be divided into 4 and the lobby in half, with separate entrances at either end, allowing two events to be held simultaneously. Small, walled gardens at both ends of the lobby screen it from street activity.
The narrow office floor plate allows ground level tenant spaces to have entrances from both the street side and parking lot behind.
